How does it work?

Booking via SportFinder

The player chooses the slot and the field that suits him. He pays online for himself or for other players.

QR Code generation

The QR code is available in the application and sent by email. Depending on your infrastructure, provide access to the car park, changing rooms and the field before and after the match.

Scan and play

Internet connection is not mandatory

Players only have to scan to access the field, the lights turn on automatically.

Access to facilities

Fields, skateparks, swimming pools... A QR code is enough to open the gates, activate the lights, access the changing rooms and lockers. Everything is done automatically, according to the reservation.

Purchase and rental of equipment

Add balls, rackets, or other equipment from the app. The QR code then gives access to the lockers or withdrawal areas, without staff intervention.

Parking access

Access is reserved for players with a reservation. Illuminate paths and alleys when they arrive and leave to guide them and ensure the safety of the passages.

What access control systems does SportFinder offer?
SportFinder collaborates with various systems such as Dinec, Spartime and Neop. We offer a variety of solutions, with or without an internet connection, with or without a subscription, adapted to all needs and budgets.

Technical support is available according to the terms of the chosen provider (Dinec, Spartime, Neop). SportFinder facilitates access to the contacts and resources needed to ensure optimal support.
Do these systems comply with current standards?
Yes, all the systems offered are specialized in access control and comply with European safety, fire and access standards.
What can you control with the control system?

Vous pouvez sécuriser et plusieurs portes, salle, parking, etc.
L'éclairage est piloté automatiquement, selon vos conditions. Cela peut être à l'heure pile, 5 ou 10 minutes avant. Ces instructions peuvent varié en fonction du profil de l'utilisateur (membre ou non), des horaires, et bien d'autres critères.

En fonction de système, nous pouvons piloter jusqu'à 24 relais. Cela peut être des éclairages spécifiques (ambiance, couloir) ou des dispositifs (sonores).

Does the system work in the event of a power or internet outage?
Absolutely. The system can work independently, without an internet connection. A backup battery makes it possible to ensure that the doors are opened even in the event of a power outage.

Certains systèmes peuvent ne pas nécessité de connexion internet permanente. Le boîtier fonctionne sans internet, grâce à des QR codes chiffrés qui contiennent toutes les instructions (horaires, équipements, durée, etc.). Il peut être branché à un réseau local pour mise à jour de l’heure et accès à l’interface web.
Is the system suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, the solutions offered by SportFinder are perfectly adapted to outdoor areas. However, the case must be protected in a ventilated and heated cabinet (with thermostat) to avoid condensation.

Outdoor lighting can be equipped with a dusk sensor to ensure optimal light management, thus allowing significant energy savings by lighting only when necessary.
What are the economic advantages of lighting control?

Is the installation easy?

Who installs the system?
The installation is carried out by your electrician or electromechanical. He will install the readers, connect the equipment (door, lighting) and advise on the choice of locking devices (electric strike, suction pad, retainer, etc.).

  • L'intégrateur: c'est nous, SportFinder, qui fait le lien entre le hardware (le matériel) et le softwaire (le logiciel de réservation).
What is the maximum range between the reader and the control panel?
Cela dépend du matériel choisi et de la technologie de communication (ethernet, CAN, sans fil). En mode filiaire, la solution la plus fiable, en théorie jusqu’à 100 mètres, mais il est conseillé de rester à 50 mètres pour éviter toute perte liée à la section de câble.

Nous pouvons aussi démultiplié les modules, notamment lorsque votre parking est éloigné de votre établissement. Si vous avez plusieurs boites electriques, il est possible d'installer plusieurs modules tout en gardant l'expérience utilisateur optimale: par exemple, un seul QR code pour l'ensemble de la réservation, matériel compris.
What locking devices can I use?
Our systems are compatible with most devices on the market, including:

What advanced options are possible?
- Twilight sensor to turn off Automatically turn on the lights when not needed.

How does the opening work?
A unique QR code is generated for each reservation made via SportFinder. It allows:
- Opening the door 30 minutes before and 15 minutes after the match (configurable).
- The activation of the lighting for the duration of the reservation.
- Use without an internet network (autonomous operation).

Ces fonctionnalités peuvent varié en fonction du matériel choisi.
Can the QR Code be revoked?
Cela dépend. Si votre système peut fonctionner sans internet, le (QR) code agit comme une clé (unique). Une fois qu'elle a été transmise, elle ne peut plus être bloquée. C'est pourquoi SportFinder ne fournit les (QR) codes qu'après la période d'annulation expirée. Dans des cas extrêmes, il est néanmoins possible de changer la clé de cryptages et regénérer l'ensemble des (QR) codes à venir.

No, a QR code issued is not revocable, which guarantees increased security. Thus, it is only issued when the reservation is final.
Can access and use of equipment be personalized?
Yes, the SportFinder platform is fully configurable. In particular, you can:
- Allow specific players (VIPs, validated regular players) to book without the presence of staff
- Customize the lighting duration according to the type of player or subscription (e.g. premium subscribers)
- Activate specific relays according to the user profile (bar access, specific lighting), schedules, sport and reserved areas.
Can access be adapted according to the reliability of the players?
Yes, with SportFinder you can:
- Automatically grant 24-hour access after three successful bookings
- Manage a trusted list to permanently allow or deny access when staff are not present
