Yes, and we are upfront about it. Our commission on online sales is tapered — it drops as your volume grows — and it includes bank fees whatever the payment method. On the player side it genuinely is 0%: no service fee, no cancellation fee.
Do my players pay booking fees on top of the court price?
No. The price you display is the price your player pays. SportFinder charges players no service fee and no cancellation fee. That is the structural difference with a marketplace, where the player pays a surcharge on top of your rate.
Can I switch from Playtomic to SportFinder?
Yes. We migrate your contacts, bookings, credits, memberships and rankings from Playtomic or Balle Jaune, and our team runs the migration end to end. You do not start from an empty database.
Can my padel club run 24/7 without staff on site?
