Does SportFinder take a commission on my bookings?
Yes, and we are upfront about it. Our commission on online sales is tapered — it drops as your volume grows — and it includes bank fees whatever the payment method. On the player side it genuinely is 0%: no service fee, no cancellation fee.
Do my players pay booking fees on top of the court price?
No. The price you display is the price your player pays. SportFinder charges players no service fee and no cancellation fee. That is the structural difference with a marketplace, where the player pays a surcharge on top of your rate.
Can I switch from Playtomic, Balle Jaune or any other booking system?
Yes, whatever software you run today. Our importer starts from your export: Playtomic, iClub and TennisLibre are preset — the source is recognised from your file headers — and for any other platform, column-by-column mapping ties each field of your file to ours. Contacts, bookings, prepaid cards, memberships, wallet balances and rankings all come across, and our team runs the import for you, report included. You do not start from an empty database.
