Online booking
Can players book without creating an account?
They book from the SportFinder app, where their level, their bookings and their payment methods already live. That is what makes the second booking take fifteen seconds — and what puts them in your own database rather than in a form you never see again.
Can I keep taking bookings by phone?
Yes, and you will. Online booking does not remove the desk, it removes the calls that were only ever about "is 7pm free". The back office takes a booking in seconds, customer included, on the same schedule.
What stops two people booking the same court?
The court is held while a player checks out, and released if they do not finish. It is never blocked for nothing, and it is never sold twice.
Can each court have its own duration and rules?
Yes, down to the sport: default duration, calendar step, booking window and how far ahead members may book are all set per court and per sport.
