Once published, your tournament is in the directory. What matters next is that it comes back out at the right moment: when a player is looking for their sport, their level, their area and the weekend they happen to be free. Eight filters do that work.

Tournaments: what clubs ask us most

Do I have to be a SportFinder customer to publish a tournament?

No. Publishing a tournament in the directory does not require the club to run its bookings on SportFinder. What being a customer changes is everything around it: entries, payment, partner search and your player database all sit in the same back office.

Do you take a commission on entries?

Entries are paid online through the same system as the rest, on the club commission published on our pricing page. What your players do not pay is anything on top: no service fee and no cancellation fee added to the entry price.

Are rankings handled?

Yes: choosing the sport loads the ranking scale of that country’s federation, so a P200 category means what a player expects it to mean. Where no federation scale exists for a sport, you get the generic beginner-to-expert scale.

Can I export my entrants for the federation?

Yes, as an Excel or CSV export of your entrants, in one click.

Do federation tournaments appear in the directory too?

Yes, if your club is affiliated: we sync twice a day the tournaments published by AFPadel and the Fédération de Padel Wallonie-Bruxelles, with a link to their official entry page. ⚠ Those are Belgian federations — there is no British or Irish federation connected today, and we would rather say so than let the word "federation" suggest otherwise.
