The same engine, from the simplest to the finest
A club that wants two rates and one quota configures two rates and one quota. A club that wants seasonal pricing, member-only windows and a different refund rule per sport gets that too — from the same engine, in the same place, without anyone writing code for you. The depth is a reserve, not a chore: your club arrives pre-configured and you go deeper only where you actually need to.
A rule that applies exactly where you want it
- The rate that follows the sunset: outdoor courts switch to the night price at real dusk, calculated daily from the club's GPS address — daylight saving included.
- A match straddling the switch is billed half day, half night: the slot is split automatically, so nobody argues at the desk.
- Booking windows per kind of member: your season-ticket holders open Monday, everyone else Wednesday.
- Quotas per sport: how many bookings a member may hold at once, so one enthusiast does not take the whole week.
- Refund rules that match your reality: free up to a point, then not — and a slot released in time goes straight back on sale.
On 1 January, you have nothing to do
A rule carries its own period and its own priority, so next season's rates can be written in November and simply start when they should. Nobody has to remember to change anything on the day, and nobody has to be at a computer on a bank holiday because the prices did not roll over.
