Padel software built for Belgium

Belgium is our home market: it is where the product grew up, alongside Belgian clubs and the constraints they really face. Bancontact switched on by default, Belgian federation rankings and tournaments, Belgian VAT on every sale — the country is not an option we bolted on, it is where we started.

Local payment

Bancontact, with nothing to configure

A Belgian player pays the way they are used to: one less obstacle between wanting to book and actually paying. And on your side, there is no setting to think about.

  • Switched on by default for every club — it is a platform setting, not a box to tick that could be missed.
  • Bank card and virtual wallet handled natively in the same place, with split payment between players for matches.
  • Covered by our automated tests, from booking to refund: the most widely used payment method in Belgium is not an add-on.
  • Bank fees included in our commission: a Bancontact payment costs you no more than any other payment method, and you never receive a separate invoice for transaction fees.

For players, no service fee and no cancellation fee: the price you display is the price they pay. For the club, our commission exists, it is tapered and includes bank fees — it is published on the pricing page.

Federations & rankings

Belgian rankings, handled natively

Belgian padel has its own rankings, licences and tournament calendar. SportFinder speaks that language: your players stay within their ecosystem, with no double entry and no manual re-keying.

  • Belgian rankings handled natively, with equivalences between scales for border clubs that welcome players from both sides of the border.
  • The Belgian federations’ tournament calendar, synchronised: your official competitions show up in the right place, with the link to their registration page. Details on the tournaments page.
  • Online licences, where the federation offers them: a complete purchase journey — membership number assigned, ranking retrieved — not just a text field to fill in by hand.
  • A club level of your own, which takes priority in matchmaking when you define it: it already runs in production, for instance at the Centre sportif du Bertransart.
Real-world set-ups

Every Belgian club has its own rules

A municipal sports centre, a tennis club adding padel courts, a multi-activity venue: in Belgium, two clubs are rarely run the same way. The configuration engine is built for exactly that — and it is our Belgian clubs that have pushed it the furthest.

  • The Centre Adeps La Mosane and the CTC La Calamine run on set-ups that go well beyond simple court booking: exactly the kind of special case the product is built to absorb.
  • The Centre sportif du Bertransart runs our club level in production and is the pilot for our integration with the Belgian federations.
  • Configuration, not custom development: pricing rules, quotas, booking windows and rights by membership type are all fine-tuned in the configuration engine, with no ticket and no bespoke code.

Frequently asked questions

What Belgian clubs ask us

Is Bancontact payment included?

Yes, and there is nothing to configure. Bancontact is built in natively and switched on by default for every club, alongside bank cards and the virtual wallet: it is a platform setting, not a box you might forget to tick. It is covered by our automated tests, from booking to refund.

Which VAT applies to a Belgian club?

Every transaction is linked to a VAT rate. For a Belgian club, the standard Belgian rate (21%) applies, including on the bank fees recharged within our commission. The commission scale published on our pricing page is shown excluding VAT, with its equivalent including 21% VAT.

Do you handle Belgian federation rankings and licences?

Yes. Belgian rankings are handled natively, with equivalences between scales for border clubs, and the Belgian federations’ tournament calendar is synchronised. Where the federation offers it, the licence is bought directly online: a complete purchase journey — membership number assigned, ranking retrieved — not just a field to fill in by hand.

Is SportFinder really established in Belgium?

Belgium is our home market, the one where our data is strongest: the clubs whose logos appear on this page are based there. We do not put forward an installed-base figure — the clubs themselves are the proof — but the product was shaped alongside Belgian clubs and their constraints.

Can I migrate from my current software?

Yes. Our import module relies on a mapping system compatible with the main platforms on the market: it brings over contacts, bookings, wallet balances, levels and affiliations. You can run it yourself from your back office, in controlled steps, or let us do most of the work: it is an assisted migration, not a one-click automatic transfer.

Our commission is published, tapered and includes bank fees: we only earn our living when your courts fill up. That is why the right question in a demo is not “how much does it cost?” — the answer is published — but “how much does it bring in?”. Read our mission.
