Lessons and camps: one more revenue stream, no extra software
SportFinder now handles private lessons, group lessons, courses and holiday camps. Not in a separate tool: in the back office that already runs your courts. Your students register and pay online, and a lesson that takes place really does occupy its court.
What your club gains
- The money comes in at registration. Registrations are paid online, and during pre-registration the player pays their deposit along with their request. No more paper lists to chase in September.
- No more court let twice. As soon as a session is confirmed, its court is blocked for rentals, like a tournament or a maintenance closure. A member can no longer book the court where a coach is teaching.
- You know in advance what will not go ahead. A dashboard lists the sessions in the coming days that do not yet have enough sign-ups. As soon as the minimum is reached, the session confirms itself.
- Parents register their children from their own account, without creating an email address for each. And your lessons show up in SportFinder search, next to your courts.

Your groups come together in a few hours
Usually, the club prepares a schedule by age and level, then hopes registrations fall into the right boxes. Here, you do the reverse: your players first say when they are available, and then you build the groups.
The software sorts the players to be placed by level, age and language, and you drag them into groups. Before the offers go out, it flags a group too small to run, a group that is too full or mixed levels. You keep the decision; it keeps you from making mistakes.
The six stages of a season, coaches and camps are covered in detail on the academy page.
Do you run lessons at your club?
The module is switched on club by club. In a demo, we start from your current season: your coaches, your courts, your groups.
