Rackets, balls, heating: every booking can bring in more than a court
A player who forgot their racket, a group that wants new balls, an indoor court to heat in November: these are sales the club already makes by hand, when it thinks of it. They can now be added to the booking itself, and paid online along with it.
What your club gains
- Extra revenue on every booking. The club decides what it offers and at what price: a flat price for balls, by the hour for heating or lighting.
- The money is collected before the match. The add-on is paid online, with the booking. No more change to give at the front desk, and nothing forgotten.
- Heating can be shared. An add-on can be paid by whoever takes it, or split between all the players on the booking, like the court.
- The front desk knows who took what. In the calendar, the booking shows its add-ons, and flags lent equipment that needs to come back.

Sold or lent: the stock keeps up
An add-on is either sold, like a tube of balls, or lent, like a racket. For what is sold, the stock goes down with each purchase and you restock it in one click. For what is lent, you say how many you have: the software stops offering the add-on once they are all out on that slot.
You also choose where and when each add-on is offered: for which sports, on which courts, and at what times. And you decide whether your players see it before paying, when they book.
What could your club sell alongside its courts?
