Your players find a free court faster

A player who cannot find a slot within a few seconds calls the club, or goes elsewhere. In September, we redesigned the two screens they go through: the app’s court search, and your club’s booking calendar.

What your club gains

  • More online bookings. The player sees straight away what is free, instead of opening the days one by one.
  • Fewer calls to the front desk. The filters are right in front of them: the sport, indoor or outdoor court, the duration. They know what they are looking at.
  • Your matches fill up. The calendar also shows open matches still looking for players, next to the free courts.
  • They come back faster. The app remembers places already searched for: the player finds your club again without searching for it.

What your player sees

And two quieter changes

Inviting regular partners. When a player completes their booking, the app suggests the players they have already played with, at your club or elsewhere. A booking fills up faster when nobody has to hunt for names.

The player knows why they cannot pay online. When online payment is not possible for a booking — for instance a membership session your club invoices itself — the screen explains why, instead of leaving a greyed-out button without a word. That is one less question on the phone.
