News Update Version 3.182

Getting ready for winter

October is when opening hours change, when indoor courts become the most sought after, and when the season’s memberships are set up again. Three changes from September make all of that simpler.

Your winter hours, without starting over

Schedules and closures now share a single page. You duplicate your current schedule, adjust the week directly in the grid, and you are done. A schedule can also include exception periods: the holidays, a camp, a winter month.

Bookable slots follow the same principle: you create a new period starting from a date, instead of redoing everything by hand on the day of the change.

  • The Schedules page of the SportFinder back office: three schedules with a miniature of their week, and Duplicate and Edit buttons for each
All your schedules All the club’s schedules on one page, each with a miniature of its week. One-off closures are in the next tab.
  • The “Duplicate schedule” confirmation box: a copy of the schedule will be created, then opened for editing
Duplicate A schedule duplicates in one click: the basis for your winter hours is ready to adjust.
  • Editing a schedule: Monday to Friday from 16:00 to midnight, Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to midnight, and the week preview on the right
The week The week is set in the grid. Identical days are grouped together, and the preview shows the result alongside.

Your indoor courts are not paid for at summer prices

A prepaid card sold in spring can still be in use in November. You can now decide that it does not pay for bookings on certain courts, over a period you choose: your indoor courts during the winter, for instance. The player sees clearly that their card does not apply to this booking, and pays another way.

Members who pay for their sessions online

If you wish, your members can pay for each of their sessions online, instead of coming to the front desk. It is a setting you switch on, and it is designed for clubs that do not already invoice the whole season on their side: otherwise, the member would pay twice.
