The slot engine is set from your back office
The slot engine decides which start times and durations your players see, so that a booking does not leave behind a thirty-minute gap nobody will buy. Until now, this setting went through us. You now do it yourself, and you see the effect before applying it.
What your club gains
- Fewer hours lost between two bookings. The engine only offers slots that leave a schedule that can still be sold.
- One setting per time band of the week. Demanding on Saturday evening, when everything goes, and flexible during the day, when it is better to sell than to protect.
- More flexible as the slot approaches. The recommended mode keeps the bar high while there is still time to sell better, then opens up less perfect cuts as the time draws near.
- You decide on your own figures. Before saving, the screen compares the new setting with the current one on your courts: how many slots each offers a week before, four days before and the day before.

How the engine chooses
The simplest way is to watch it work: the padel page shows the engine on a real schedule. You choose a time slot, scroll through the days between now and the match, and see what a player would see at each stage. See the slot engine demonstration.
And on your own schedule?
In a demo, we compare the settings on your courts and your real bookings, rather than on an example.
